From discovery to a measurable skills lift
Discovery
Interviews with sponsors and participants, a skills baseline on Assessfy, and the three business problems the cohort will work on.
Curriculum design
Modules sequenced to your stack (AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks, Power BI, your LLM provider) and your data, with labs that run inside your environment where possible.
Delivery
Live sessions by practitioner faculty, labs, office hours and a capstone on a real internal use case. On-site, online or hybrid.
Assessment & impact report
Skills-based certification per participant, a cohort report for L&D and leadership, and a 90-day follow-up on what shipped.

What corporate training programs does Aegis offer?
Role-based tracks: AI for Leaders (1–2 days), Data Literacy & BI for managers (3–5 days), Applied Data Science (4–8 weeks), GenAI & AI Agents for engineers (2–6 weeks), the 2-week FDE Accelerator as a corporate cohort, and The Agentic Professional (20 hours) for domain teams. Every track is customised to your data, tools and use cases.
How is corporate training delivered?
On-site at your office, live online, hybrid, or as an immersion at the Aegis Mumbai campus. Cohorts run from 10 to 200 participants, with hands-on labs on your own cloud where possible.
Is the training certified?
Yes. Participants are assessed on skills, not attendance, through Assessfy, Aegis's assessment platform, and certified by Aegis School of Data Science & AI. Managers receive a skills report per participant.
How much does corporate AI training cost?
Pricing depends on track, duration, cohort size and customisation. Short executive workshops start at a per-day rate; multi-week engineering cohorts are priced per participant with volume tiers. Request a proposal for an exact quote within one business day.
Can Aegis build a training academy or AI Centre of Excellence for us?
Yes. Beyond individual cohorts, Aegis designs and runs internal AI academies and AI Centres of Excellence, including talent pipelines, governance and use-case factories. See the AI Centre of Excellence page.
